3. Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Situations:

4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion when:
- Only a portion of the service was delivered
- There was a significant delay due to our technical issues
- The quality of service did not fully meet specifications

5. Failed Transactions
If a payment fails for any reason:
- The order will not be processed
- No charges will be made to your account
- You will receive a notification about the failure
- You may retry the payment or contact support for assistance
6. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction
- Provide your order ID and detailed explanation
- Allow 3-5 business days for review
- If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
7. Chargebacks
Important Warning: Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Loss of access to all services
- Forfeiture of account balance
- Permanent ban from the platform

8. Currency and Pricing
All prices are displayed in the selected currency. Exchange rates may apply for international payments and are handled by the payment processor.
9. Tax and Fees

10. Promotional Credits
Promotional credits and bonuses are non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash. They may have expiration dates and usage restrictions.
