Cancellation policy

1. Cancellation Eligibility

You may request order cancellation under the following conditions:

  • Before Processing Starts: Orders that haven't entered the processing queue can be cancelled without penalty
  • Pending Orders: Orders in "Pending" status are eligible for full cancellation
  • In Progress Orders: Partially completed orders may be cancelled, with charges applied only for delivered portions
  • Technical Issues: Orders affected by platform errors or technical difficulties

2. Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be cancelled:

  • Orders marked as "Completed" or "Delivered"
  • Orders that have reached 100% completion
  • Instant delivery services where delivery has already begun
  • Custom or special request orders that have been initiated
  • Orders older than 48 hours from placement (unless still in pending status)

3. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel an eligible order:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Navigate to "Orders" or "Order History"
  3. Locate the order you wish to cancel
  4. Click on "Cancel Order" button (if available)
  5. Confirm the cancellation when prompted
  6. You will receive a confirmation notification

Tip: If the cancel button is not visible, the order may not be eligible for cancellation. Contact support for assistance.

4. Cancellation Timeframes

We process cancellation requests according to these timeframes:

  • Immediate: Pending orders are cancelled instantly
  • Within 1 Hour: In-progress orders require manual review
  • Within 24 Hours: Complex or high-volume orders
  • Special Cases: Custom orders may take up to 48 hours to process cancellation

5. Refund After Cancellation

When an order is successfully cancelled:

  • Full Cancellation: 100% of the order amount is returned to your account balance
  • Partial Cancellation: You are charged only for services delivered before cancellation
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed immediately to your account balance
  • Account Credit: Cancelled order amounts appear as available balance for future orders

Important: Refunds for cancelled orders are credited to your account balance, not to your original payment method. Use your balance for future orders or request a withdrawal according to our refund policy.

6. Partial Order Cancellation

For orders that are partially completed:

  • You are charged proportionally for the delivered portion
  • The undelivered portion is cancelled and refunded
  • Example: If 60% delivered, you pay 60% and receive 40% refund
  • Minimum charge may apply for very small delivered amounts

7. Automatic Cancellations

Orders may be automatically cancelled in certain situations:

  • Insufficient Information: Invalid or inaccessible target links
  • Platform Restrictions: Target account is private, deleted, or restricted
  • Service Unavailable: Selected service is temporarily unavailable
  • System Errors: Technical issues preventing order processing
  • Policy Violations: Orders violating our terms or acceptable use policy

Automatically cancelled orders receive a full refund to your account balance.

8. Cancellation Notifications

You will be notified of cancellations via:

  • In-platform notification
  • Email confirmation (if enabled)
  • Account balance update
  • Order history status change

9. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a cancellation decision:

  • Contact our support team within 7 days
  • Provide order ID and detailed explanation
  • Include any relevant screenshots or evidence
  • We will review and respond within 3-5 business days

10. Repeat Cancellations

Abuse Prevention: Accounts with excessive cancellation rates may face:

  • Mandatory review process before future cancellations
  • Temporary hold on new orders
  • Account restrictions or limitations
  • In severe cases, account suspension

We monitor cancellation patterns to prevent system abuse and ensure fair service for all users.

11. Third-Party Provider Cancellations

For services fulfilled by third-party providers:

  • Cancellation policies may vary slightly
  • Processing times may be longer
  • Provider-specific terms may apply
  • We act as intermediary and advocate for you

12. Contact Support

For cancellation assistance or questions:

  • Use the support ticket system in your account
  • Include your order ID in all communications
  • Explain clearly why you want to cancel
  • Allow up to 24 hours for support response
